I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, and I have been in private practice since 2018 at Anerley Town Hall and Business Centre in South East London. I offer a warm, inclusive approach to clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs.
I am also a Certified Clinical Massage and Neuromuscular Therapist, having trained in Atlanta, Georgia in 2003, and the owner of Catori Collection, an award-winning online crystal, metaphysical and holistic store. I participate in local South East London markets and events.
I attend monthly supervision sessions of 90 minutes or more with a qualified supervising counsellor, and I am committed to ongoing Continuous Professional Development.

Therapeutic Approaches
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring each session to your individual needs, pace, and preferences.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Focuses on unconscious processes — thoughts and feelings — as manifested in present behaviour. This approach helps you develop self-awareness to understand how past influences create recurring behavioural and relational patterns.
Person-Centred Therapy
Establishes a non-judgemental therapeutic relationship. Rather than interpreting your behaviour, I foster conditions where you can explore your needs, goals, and personal growth naturally at your own pace.
Walk & Talk Therapy
Combines counselling with outdoor walking in South East London. Benefits include relaxation, reduced stress and anxiety, increased energy and focus, and easier self-expression through casual activity. Sessions take place in Betts Park during daylight hours near my office.

As a Certified Metaphysician, I explore experiences related to finding deeper meaning, purpose and connection. A small crystal selection is available in the therapy room — you may select and hold crystals during sessions as we explore their symbolism and your emotional responses together.
Creative & Integrative Methods
I also integrate CBT and Humanistic approaches, alongside creative tools including writing, drawing, sand tray work, toys, play-dough, oracle cards, spirituality resources, and crystals — offering different ways of working and creativity in the therapy room to suit your individual needs.

Taking the first step can feel daunting. Here is how the process works, so you know exactly what to expect.
Free Consultation
We begin with a complimentary 15–20 minute telephone or Zoom call to discuss your needs and determine if we are a good therapeutic fit for each other.
First Session
An assessment form is provided to help establish a direction for our work together. We can set goals together if you wish, creating a foundation for your therapy.
Ongoing Therapy
I will reflect observations back to you as we explore behavioural patterns and challenge belief systems together. You may encounter uncomfortable feelings — this is a normal part of healing.
I typically recommend starting with 6–8 weekly sessions, which we then review together. Therapy can be short-term or open-ended — whatever works best for you.

Session Frequency
Sessions are typically held once weekly. I recommend starting with 6–8 weekly sessions, which we then review together. Therapy can be arranged on a short-term or open-ended basis.
Payment Methods
- Bank transfer (preferred): Required 24 hours before your first session. For subsequent sessions, you may continue with bank transfer or pay by cash.
- Cash: Accepted on the day of session for ongoing appointments.
